Job summary

Civil Works Alliance is seeking a Senior Team Organiser to support the SZC team in delivering Sizewell C. You will manage diary coordination, travel bookings, events, and IT requests while ensuring efficient information flow and records accuracy.

You will work closely with the Delivery Leadership Team, providing administrative support, performance tracking, and smooth onboarding for new starters within the CWA Wide Section.

Qualifications

• Ability to collaboratively work with other teams.
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
• Ability to organise, multi-task and prioritise.
• Experience of office working.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Administration experience.
• Experience of using Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Maintain administration tasks including booking travel and accommodation.
• Welcome new starters and coordinate diaries.
• Arrange events and initiate IT requests; monitor progress.
• Support Delivery Leadership Team with day-to-day requirements and planning.
• Maintain accurate records and efficient filing system.
• Act as central point of contact for the team and external stakeholders.
• Support onboarding co-ordinator with liaising and provisioning IT.
