Job summary

Ferrovial Construction is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead project financial reporting, forecasting and month‑end close activities, ensuring accurate cost control and financial performance analysis. You will work with commercial and project teams to provide key insights and support informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading monthly close for large projects.
• Strong understanding of IFRS reporting requirements.
• Ability to analyse variances and forecast impacts.
• Direct collaboration with commercial and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial close for project reporting.
• Manage accruals, cost reporting packs and IFRS‑15/IFRS‑16 updates.
• Monitor cost performance, analyse variances and trends.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning.
• Partner with Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Leads on financial performance.
• Maintain governance, controls and audit trails.
