London: £575/day | Milton Keynes: £550/day | Hybrid (2 days/week on-site)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Programme Test Manager to lead testing across a large-scale cloud migration programme, transitioning from legacy systems to Microsoft Azure.
This position requires a self-sufficient individual with a strong background in managing testing for complex programmes already in flight. You will be responsible for overseeing all testing activities, ensuring alignment with internal delivery schedules, and collaborating closely with third-party suppliers. Regular status reporting, including weekly updates and ad hoc reports, will be expected.
Proven experience managing test activities within complex programme environments
Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure DevOps
Background in legacy-to-cloud migrations, particularly Microsoft Azure
Ability to streamline test processes and implement automation-first strategies
Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks (WebdriverIO, ReadyAPI, Postman)
Experience interpreting performance engineering test results
Comfortable working in agile delivery environments
Extensive experience in large-scale e-commerce projects
Ability to manage supplier relationships constructively and professionally
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience working within regulated environments
