The Role

The Senior Programme Officer will liaise with internal teams and senior academic and administrative personnel within the University of London’s Member Institutions.

This role involves supporting the smooth operation of online academic programmes through administrative tasks such as preparing teaching sessions, identifying and resolving issues in delivery, and documenting processes for sharing with Member Institutions. The role may also support governance meetings related to these programmes.

We seek a positive, highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and experience supporting higher education programmes. Since the role involves online programme support, strong ICT skills and digital literacy are essential.
