Job summary

NCR Atleos in Dundee is seeking a Senior Project/Programme Manager to lead a portfolio within Global Hardware and Services Engineering Program Management, delivering high-visibility projects that align with the company’s strategy.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, apply Agile and traditional PM practices, and drive continuous improvement, while balancing multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level; higher qualification advantageous but not essential.
• Solid understanding of development lifecycle models with expertise in Agile and traditional PM principles, blending them to fit the project.
• 10+ years of experience as a Project/Program Manager overseeing large, complex projects in a high-tech environment; PMP and Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Experience leading multi-function project teams with 10–15 members or more.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, organize and motivate project teams to deliver high-quality projects with strong business value.
• Manage several concurrent, high-visibility projects across multiple divisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Define and implement a well-defined PM process and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
