Job summary

Albert Bow is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead complex enterprise SaaS implementations for financial services and RegTech clients. The role combines governance, multi-client delivery and executive stakeholder management across hybrid work arrangements.

You will own end-to-end delivery from discovery to value realization, coordinating Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams to ensure outcomes align with client strategies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in Programme Management, Enterprise Delivery or Project Management.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale SaaS or enterprise software implementations.
• Strong background working with banking, financial services, fintech, compliance, risk or regulatory technology clients.
• Experience managing multiple programmes, projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including executive and C-suite engagement.
• PMP or PgMP certification required.
• Able to operate independently in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise SaaS programmes across multiple clients and workstreams.
• Manage programme scope, governance, budgets, timelines, resources and risks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders and programme sponsors.
• Build and manage integrated programme plans, ensuring alignment across projects and delivery teams.
• Drive platform adoption, business outcomes and client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Facilitate steering committees, governance forums and executive-level reporting.
• Identify and mitigate programme risks, issues and dependencies.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and business stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
• Manage programme financials and resource allocation across multiple initiatives.
• Run workshops, gather business requirements and provide strategic programme guidance.
• Build long-term client relationships that support retention and growth.
