Our client, a leading Executive Education provider, is seeking a Senior Programme Manager responsible for operational management and delivery of high-quality executive education programmes. The role involves acting as the main contact for clients, faculty, and participants, ensuring programme delivery standards meet high levels of service, impact, and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent stakeholder engagement, and a dedication to operational excellence. They will collaborate with teams across business development, programme design, academic faculty, and support services to deliver client-focused solutions aligned with organizational goals.

The role requires thriving in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and continuously improving processes to enhance client and participant experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of exceptional custom executive education programmes, ensuring an outstanding experience for all stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary contact for corporate clients, faculty, and participants throughout the programme lifecycle.
  • Manage programme operations, including scheduling, logistics, and communications.
  • Develop and oversee programme budgets to meet financial targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align delivery with client expectations.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to uphold service standards.
  • Monitor and improve programme quality through feedback and evaluations.
  • Support digital learning content development, event management, and blended learning initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with university policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Contribute to marketing and business development efforts for Custom Programmes.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and operational improvements.
Skills and Experience
  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing complex projects in fast-paced environments, preferably within executive education, professional services, or corporate learning sectors.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting.
  • Proven stakeholder management and multitasking abilities under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Experience working with corporate clients and engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of digital learning platforms and event technologies is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally as needed.
