Job summary

Relation Therapeutics is seeking an experienced Project Manager to shape delivery plans across the osteoporosis programme in London. You will work with Programme and Project Leaders to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and external partners through discovery stages from Target ID to candidate selection.

You will operate at programme level with visibility across projects, driving strategy, risk management and governance to ensure timely, high-impact progression of the programme.

Qualifications

• Degree in life sciences or a related field.
• Significant programme/project management experience in biotech/pharma.
• Experience with discovery-stage programmes (target ID through to candidate selection).
• Comfort operating in a matrixed, multi-disciplinary environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks and go/no-go criteria.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Programme Leaders to understand strategic objectives and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across wet lab, ML, data science and engineering.
• Oversee third-party partners (CROs, collaborators) and track milestones.
• Manage plans, budgets, risks and issues across the programme.
• Escalate blockers and propose data-driven solutions.
• Document decisions and maintain governance records.
• Communicate status to internal leadership and external partners.
