Job summary

Oxford Biomedica is seeking a Project/Programme Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract within the Commercial team. You will manage the relationship with clients and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality to enable long-term alliances.

The role requires a Scientific Degree or PhD, PM qualification preferred, and strong experience in biotech project management with budget responsibility and MS Project/MS Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in a scientific field or related discipline.
• PM qualification is preferred.
• Experience with PM tools, methodologies and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client/partner satisfaction to ensure long-term alliances.
• Identify client needs and ongoing project opportunities.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline and budget with milestones.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation actions.
• Provide project updates and performance data to management.
