Are you an experienced project leader with a passion for delivering high-impact capital projects in a healthcare environment? Do you have strong project and budget management skills? Do you have a good knowledge of healthcare guidance, HTM's HBN's and other industry specific values?
This pivotal role will lead on tactical and strategic capital projects, including the Fire Improvement Programme, RAAC (Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) Removal Scheme, and associated infrastructure design. You will manage both major and minor capital projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
