Overview

The Faculty of Health is at the forefront of tackling today’s most pressing healthcare and psychological challenges through research-informed teaching and immersive, real-world learning. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking Faculty where your contribution can truly make a difference. We are seeking a motivated and resilient individual to join the Faculty’s professional services team. This is a dynamic time for the University as we implement a new student record management system, making it an ideal moment to step into a leadership role. You will play a key part in supporting student administration within the School of Psychology, helping to shape and enhance the student experience during this period of transformation.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and effective management of the administration team, working with Senior Academics and administrative colleagues across grades.
  • Support the delivery of professional programmes with emphasis on curriculum management, maintaining accurate student records and assessment data, and servicing committees and meetings.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the student experience, resolve assessment-related issues, and analyse data for contract monitoring and reporting purposes.
  • Contribute to the wider Faculty Registry team.

Requirements and Working Arrangements

On-site presence is expected: on-site 3 days a week. Flexible to work from home can be accommodated, but on-site work will be required due to business needs.
