As a Senior Programmatic Trader, you will be at the forefront of digital innovation, delivering outstanding campaign performance for a diverse portfolio of global clients. This is your opportunity to take the lead in shaping and optimising media strategies across some of the world’s most exciting platforms — from Disney and Netflix to Twitch and Digital Out-of-Home. Your extensive experience and expertise in programmatic advertising will be instrumental in driving campaign success and shaping best practice across our business. You’ll play a key strategic role — guiding junior team members, collaborating with stakeholders, and staying ahead of the latest trends in media and technology.

About You – What We’re Looking For

You're someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings energy, insight, and initiative to everything you do. You’re passionate about digital media, performance-driven, and obsessed with delivering value for clients. We want someone who can:

• Demonstrate leadership and initiative in campaign management
• Communicate clearly, confidently, and persuasively
• Support and mentor others while maintaining high personal standards
• Stay calm under pressure and solve problems with a clear head
• Proven track record in delivering programmatic campaigns within DSPs (e.g. DV360, The Trade Desk)
• Experience with a variety of formats: Audio, CTV, and high-impact display
• Strong analytical skills — you love turning numbers into actionable strategies
• Confident presenter and communicator with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience mentoring or training team members
• Strong project management skills — you can juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines
• A passion for innovation and performance marketing
• Experience with Campaign Manager and trafficking
• Exposure to global clients or working in multi-market teams
• A proactive mindset and a hunger to shape process improvements
• Knowledge of programmatic forecasting and pacing plans
• Up-to-date on the latest industry developments and best practices
