We are looking for a Senior Programmatic specialist to join the TUI digital marketing team. This is an exciting time to join TUI as we continue to evolve our Programmatic buying. It is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop their existing knowledge in Programmatic across DSPs such as DV360 and Amazon, whilst working on Display and Video campaigns as well as other consideration-driving formats.

In this role you will be responsible for setting up high impact brand and direct response programmatic campaigns and working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager - Display & Video and Google representatives to ensure campaigns are optimised to the latest best practice. You will deliver innovative and forward-thinking campaigns with an ongoing test-and-learn approach. You will be working closely with other internal teams to make use of data-driven automation and ensure our creatives are aligned with other channels; promoting the right products and destinations to the right audiences to drive performance.

You will work closely with Google and other agency partners to stay informed of industry developments and new product features, where you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and formats to test. You'll not only cover our TUI brand but also all of our fabulous sub brands including; TUI flights, Marella Cruises, TUI Tours and TUI River Cruises. You will be reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager - Display & Video as well as supporting the Programmatic Executive.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Media Activation - Suggest new opportunities and manage media buying across the Display and Video ecosystem to deliver the right message at the right time to the most relevant audiences
  • Campaign Delivery - Responsible for the activation of campaigns, in addition to supporting the Programmatic Executive in ensuring campaign set up and optimisations are aligned with the latest best practices
  • Campaign Reporting - Ownership of delivering and communicating regular campaign reports to Programmatic Manager and other internal stakeholders; ensuring the data presented is accurate and issues are escalated and resolved in a timely manner
  • Campaign troubleshooting - Work alongside the Programmatic Executive to ensure regular checks on campaign delivery and identify any potential issues with campaign set-up to either resolve directly or escalate with Programmatic Manager
  • Forecasting - Provide regular forecasts on campaign delivery and suggest ways to drive efficiency / increase scale in response to trading priorities and fluctuations in performance
  • Audience Creation - Support the Programmatic Manager - Display & Video in the creation of 1st and 2nd party audience segments and identify opportunities to test in line with strict A/B test frameworks
  • Ad Operations - work closely with the agency to ensure the smooth-running of trafficking and tag management across DV360 and other partners
  • Industry Knowledge - stay current with industry changes and support the Digital Marketing Manager - Display and Video in proposing and activating new initiatives that help us stay ahead of competition by being a market leader

ABOUT YOU

  • You will have a passion for Programmatic and enjoy working in a dynamic team with the shared goal to drive forward tests and evolve the channel
  • Proven experience in using Demand Side Platforms, ideally DV360. Experience in using an CM360 and Google Analytics is preferred
  • Advanced Excel Skills and SDF knowledge alongside Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PPT and ability to adapt to learn new technologies
  • Strong collaborative ethic to work with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail with an analytical mind and the ability to apply past experience to challenge and optimise campaigns to maximise performance
  • Knowledge of SSPs and the wider marketing tech stack (Tealium, Adobe) is a plus.
