Senior Program Manager – Creative Campaigns
  • Salary: Up to £113,000 per annum (contract- PAYE - inside IR35 - Paid weekly via PrincipleHR)
  • Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite in London City
  • Contract: Until 31 December 2025 + possibility of extension
  • Hours: 40 per week

We're hiring an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile, integrated marketing campaigns across EMEA. This is a senior-level contract role within an internal agency setting, managing creative output across multiple markets and channels. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and brings clarity, structure, and momentum to complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-market creative campaigns across Europe from planning through execution
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, external agencies, and internal marketing stakeholders
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resource planning across multiple simultaneous projects
  • Drive production of high-quality creative assets across social, digital, OOH, and experiential channels
  • Implement systems and tools to improve creative operations and delivery efficiency
  • Ensure brand alignment and compliance across all campaign outputs

What You’ll Bring
  • 10+ years in program, account, or production management within creative or brand environments
  • Extensive experience delivering integrated campaigns across multiple markets
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate autonomously in high-pressure, ambiguous situations
  • Strong organisational mindset and attention to detail

Desirable Experience
  • Multilingual (French, Spanish, Italian a plus)
  • Background in global or innovation-led businesses
  • Interest or exposure to emerging technologies such as AI or mixed reality
