Job summary

DCS Corp is seeking a Program Manager to interface with an Army customer and lead a workforce delivering SETA support and direct test and evaluation services.

You will manage contractor personnel, coordinate task plans and deliverables, and ensure schedules, costs, and program requirements are aligned. The role requires U.S. citizenship and a TS clearance, with significant management experience in military programs.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and TS clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of progressive management experience in military hardware/software development or related systems analysis.
• DAU certification in Test and Evaluation and/or program management is desirable.
• PMP certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manages all contractor personnel assigned to the contract to ensure performance.
• Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables.
• Ensures conformance with program tasks, schedules and costs.
• Assists in creating, updating, coordinating, and staffing TEMP documents.
• Reviews and analyzes TEMP, Test Plans, Test Reports and other program documentation for consistency with requirements.
• Provides comments to PEO IEWS and coordinates modifications to TEMPs with subordinate PMs.
• Participates in test and evaluation IPT and supports briefing packages for leadership.
