Job summary

DCS Corp seeks a program analyst to provide high level subject matter expertise in planning, evaluation and prioritization of technical and financial resources for Army acquisition programs.

You will coordinate with Program Managers, other CPEs, DA staff, and industry during all life cycle phases, apply expert knowledge of program planning and Army missions, and mentor junior analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with minimum of 15 years' experience managing government technical acquisition programs, of which 1 year must be supervisory.
• Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Top Secret clearance required.
• DAU Level III certification in relevant area is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Advises and supports program, planning, evaluation and financial management functions.
• Supports strategy and performance measurement for assigned programs.
• Performs coordination with Program Managers, other CPEs, DA staff, other services and industry during all phases of the life cycle.
• Applies expert knowledge of program planning and evaluation, Army missions, goals and objectives.
• Completes strategic planning, engagements, and outreach.
• Mentors junior program analysts.
