Job Description:

Role:

- 15 years of IT experience managing multiple projects in Agile methodology.

- Experience in retail and e-commerce domains is required.

- Experience with 3rd party integrations to deliver specialized e-commerce capabilities.

- Strong customer-facing and negotiation skills.

- Expertise in integrated tracking and reporting using Jira and Confluence.

- Expertise in program management, including scope, schedule, risk, and cost management.

- Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management skills.

- Effective communication and presentation skills.

- Experience managing multiple Scrum teams for program delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Customer management and engagement with diverse stakeholders.

- Understand requirements, conceptualize execution models, and deliver products aligned with customer metrics.
