Role:

15 years of IT experience managing multiple projects in Agile methodology.

Must have experience in retail and ecommerce domain.

Experience with 3rd party integrations to deliver specialized ecommerce capabilities.

Good customer-facing and negotiation skills.

Expertise in integrated tracking and reporting using Jira and Confluence.

Expertise in program management, including scope, schedule, risk, and cost management.

Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management skills.

Effective communication and presentation skills.

Experience managing multiple Scrum teams for program delivery.

Responsibilities:

Customer management and engagement with diverse stakeholders.

Understanding requirements, conceptualizing execution models, and delivering products as per customer metrics.

Project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control.
