Drive delivery of software projects including new product releases, platform development, and feature enhancements.

Oversee hardware initiatives including development of physical security products from initial design, prototyping, through mass production

Track project performance, deliverables, schedules, and budgets; provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Facilitate waterfall, agile, and hybrid project methodologies as appropriate to the workstream.

Proactively identify and resolve issues, risks, and bottlenecks impacting project outcomes.

Coordinate go-to-market activities in collaboration with finance, product, marketing, support, and operations teams.

Lead post-launch activities including retrospectives, issue resolution, and continuous improvement efforts.
