Salt is seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant to implement and deliver its ESG/PropTech platform for enterprise clients. You will lead projects from scoping to onboarding, coordinating data from property, energy and sustainability sources.

You will work closely with real estate and sustainability teams to ensure data quality and successful delivery. The role requires 3–5 years in professional services or software implementation, strong data management skills, and fluency in English

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in professional services, software implementation, consulting or client-facing project management.
• Hands-on experience managing implementation or onboarding projects, ideally involving complex client data.
• Experience coordinating data collection, data migration, integrations or data quality processes.
• Background in PropTech, real estate, sustainability, ESG software or enterprise SaaS would be particularly relevant.
• Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks such as GRESB, CSRD, CRREM or ESRS would be advantageous.
• Fluent English and business-level German or French are required.

Responsabilités

• Manage enterprise client implementation projects from initial scoping and onboarding through to delivery and ongoing support.

• Coordinate data requirements with clients, property managers and internal technical teams, ensuring data quality and completeness.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and stakeholders to ensure implementations run smoothly.
• Act as the main point of contact for enterprise clients, working closely with real estate, sustainability, asset management and investment teams.
• Support ESG reporting requirements, including GRESB, CSRD, CRREM and EU Taxonomy.
• Work with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams to resolve implementation challenges and improve the platform.
• Support workshops, demonstrations and technical discussions with prospective and existing clients.
• Identify opportunities to improve client processes and expand existing relationships.

Senior Professional Services Consultant – ESG / PropTech

Location: Berlin

We're working with a growing PropTech software business looking to hire a Senior Professional Services Consultant to support the implementation and delivery of its platform across an expanding enterprise client base.

The company provides a SaaS platform used by real estate owners, investors and asset managers to manage property data, improve building performance and meet sustainability and ESG reporting requirements.

They're looking for someone with a strong background in project management, software implementation and data onboarding, who can take ownership of client projects from initial scoping through to successful delivery.

The role will involve:

• Managing enterprise client implementation projects from initial scoping and planning through to onboarding, delivery and ongoing support.
• Leading the collection, onboarding and management of property, energy and sustainability data from multiple sources.
• Coordinating data requirements with clients, property managers and internal technical teams, ensuring data quality and completeness.
• Managing project timelines, deliverables and stakeholders to ensure implementations run smoothly.
• Acting as the main point of contact for enterprise clients, working closely with real estate, sustainability, asset management and investment teams.

What they're looking for:

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, particularly Excel.
• Comfortable working directly with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English and business-level German or French are required.
