You will own PI underwriting decisions, review referrals, and drive profitable growth. You’ll collaborate with underwriting, trading and leadership teams to influence portfolio performance and trading strategy across the UK.

Qualifications

• Strong Professional Indemnity underwriting experience within an insurer or MGA.
• Experience handling referral business and complex cases.
• Good understanding of portfolio performance, underwriting controls and risk management.
• Commercially minded with the ability to balance growth and profitability.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative approach with the desire to contribute beyond day-to-day underwriting responsibilities.
