Job summary

The Compleat Food Group is seeking a Senior Planner to own day-to-day production planning, ensuring accurate and achievable schedules that meet customer demand and optimise factory performance. You will maintain stock availability while supporting continuity during planned absences, and you will identify risks and drive improvements across planning activities.

You will collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Procurement and 3PL partners, applying strong analytical and ERP-driven

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production planning, supply planning or manufacturing planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production schedules balancing demand, stock and capacity.
• Review plans, optimise utilisation of labour, materials and equipment.
• Provide cover across shifts during holidays and absences.
• Identify risks, escalate issues and support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Procurement teams.
