Responsibilities

• Lead production and demand planning across the site.
• Manage short-, medium- and long-term production plans.
• Plan around future demand, capacity and resource requirements.
• Attend senior planning and operational meetings.
• Manage day-to-day production schedules and changing priorities.
• Identify and resolve capacity, material and scheduling issues.
• Work closely with production, operations and purchasing teams.
• Lead and develop two direct reports.
• Drive improvements across planning processes.
