Job summary

Recruit4staff is representing a leading manufacturing company seeking a Production Operative to join their Powys facility. Salary is £25,365 with overtime paid at £27.10 per hour, on 12-hour shifts across days and nights.

You will set up and operate production machines, perform quality checks, and collaborate with other departments while adhering to health and safety rules. A stable work history and willingness to do manual handball work are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrate stability in work history.
• Happy to perform manual handball work.
• Experience in a high-volume environment, preferably with automated processes.
• Team player with a flexible approach to shift patterns.
• Basic PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Setting and operating Production machines in accordance with the production plan.
• Quality checking of products at various stages of the process.
• Work closely with other departments throughout the production process when required.
• Adhere to stringent Health and safety rules and regulations.
