Responsibilities

Job description

Senior Production Operative
Monday to Friday Day or back shifts available (no rotation)
Salary: GBP28,300 per annum (GBP14.50 per hour)

Overall Purpose:

As a Senior Production Operative, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and monitoring of fluid-based manufacturing processes. This role is essential to ensuring high-quality outputs and smooth production through equipment oversight, safety adherence, and process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor process equipment
• Mix raw materials to produce finished fluid products according to specific formulations.
• Carry out routine sampling and quality checks to confirm product compliance with internal standards and customer specifications.
• Accurately record process data, equipment readings, and production metrics for traceability and analysis.

Skills & Competencies Required:

• Previous production experience is preferred however full training is provided.
• Forklift Licence or experience required
• Effective self-organisation and prioritisation.
• Proficiency in basic computer use.
• Clear and confident communicator (written and verbal).
• Collaborative team player, adaptable to changing priorities.
