Pay: £13.20£14.40 per hour

Equivalent to: £554.40 £604.80 per week

Annual Salary: £28,622 £31,450 (based on 42 hours/week)

Shift Pattern: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off | 07:0019:30

What Youll Do: -Senior Production Operative (Days)

• Be the go-to person for smooth line performance you'll help hit daily targets and keep standards high.
• Lead by example motivate colleagues, ensure safety and quality, and complete accurate paperwork.
• Perform routine checks on equipment, safety gear, and production quality.
• Work closely with your Shift Manager to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Identify ways to improve efficiency and make a real impact on how we operate.
