Our client, a premier event management company specializing in large-scale concerts, festivals, and corporate events, is seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Production Manager (Live Events) to oversee operations in the bustling Randburg, Gauteng area. This demanding role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing all logistical, technical, and operational aspects of live events from conception to execution. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of stage production, technical infrastructure (sound, lighting, staging), health and safety regulations, and budget management. • Proficiency in budget management and financial oversight for events.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to live events.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• A relevant degree or diploma in Event Management, Production, Hospitality, or a related field is advantageous.
