Thales is seeking a Senior Production Manager for the Belfast site. You will lead the production/repair teams, drive continuous improvement, manage staff and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

The role focuses on execution, team development, and cost/time performance within the defined production ecosystem. The position requires strong line management skills, experience with Lean and performance improvement, and the ability to coordinate with support functions to maintain steady

Qualifications

• Line management and leadership of production/repair teams.
• Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen and Gemba practices.
• Experience with production planning and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the autonomous production/repair unit to meet quality, cost and time targets.
• Coordinate staff and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
