We’re working with a leading global creative agency that specialises in design-led events and experiential activations for major brands worldwide. Their client list reads like a who’s who of global giants – think Amazon and Google, delivering cutting-edge experiences at major industry events like CES and Cannes Lions.

Right now, they’re on the hunt for an exceptional Senior Production Manager to join their London team. If you’ve got 10+ years of agency experience (with at least 2 years in a senior production role), a passion for technical innovation, and the ability to juggle large-scale global projects, this could be the perfect role for you.

The Role

As Senior Production Manager, you’ll take the lead on delivering high-profile, large-scale events from concept to execution, working closely with the Production Director, creative studio, producers, and wider production teams. You’ll be hands-on in shaping innovative, boundary-pushing experiences that meet both creative and commercial objectives.

You’ll also be responsible for:

1. Managing complex, multi-layered event production across global markets
2. Building and maintaining strong client relationships
3. Overseeing on-site delivery, ensuring a seamless experience from build to de-rig
4. Leading supplier negotiations and contract management
5. Ensuring all projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget
6. Driving technical excellence, bringing fresh ideas to the table
7. Managing health & safety compliance and best practices

What You’ll Bring

1. A deep understanding of event production, digital execution, live streaming, and broadcast tech
2. Flawless organisational and time management skills – you thrive under pressure
3. Confident leadership, with a collaborative and problem-solving mindset
4. Ability to interpret and work with technical drawings and CAD plans (VectorWorks experience is a bonus!)
5. Knowledge of health & safety legislation in live events
6. Proficiency in Google Apps, Microsoft Office, Keynote, Dropbox, and Slack
