Job summary

Indaver is seeking a Production Manager for the Rivenhall facility in Essex. You will lead the production team, ensure safe, compliant operation, and coordinate maintenance and external services.

Candidates should have a technical degree, extensive experience in continuous process industries, and strong leadership. The role covers 24/7 operations, shift planning, and delivering operational excellence within an IMS environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a technical or process area; additional business studies are a plus.
• HNC/HND with significant experience in a continuous process environment.
• Proven managerial experience in a continuous process industry.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years people management experience.
• Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate the facility following best Indaver practices and regulatory norms.
• Lead and develop the Production Team to achieve operational excellence.
• Plan production team and manage shifts.
• Coordinate production and material handling within the facility.
• Coordinate external production support services.
• Coordinate with maintenance and facilitate maintenance activities.
• Coordinate external agency compliance monitoring.
• Identify operational improvement projects for operability and compliance.
• Manage changes per the Management of Change process and procedures.
• Deliver services within an Integrated Management System environment to meet requirements.
