Job summary

At TLD Powervamp Kempston, we seek a Production Manager to lead all production activities and the Methods and Production Planning teams. You report to the COO and are part of the site management, ensuring safety, quality, cost and on-time delivery.

You will drive Lean initiatives, manage a hands-on production team, collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and HR, and contribute to the site's strategic direction in a growing global group.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years in production/operations management.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and ERP/production planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead production activities and oversee Methods and Production Planning teams.
• Ensure safety, quality, cost and on-time delivery of equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives on site.
