Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the operational plan for production and customer service.

• Ensure accurate data capture on key metrics.
• Maintain BRC AA accreditation standards and site hygiene protocols.
• Manage costs and identify capital investment opportunities.
• Provide leadership and support team development.
