The successful candidate will combine technical credibility in print processes with strong leadership to drive performance and engagement across the manufacturing leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Improve output, productivity, OEE and plan attainment
• Reduce waste, downtime and recurring process losses
• Improve setup performance, asset utilisation and equipment reliability
• Strengthen operational discipline and accountability
• Develop managers, supervisors and operational teams
• Improve coordination across print, prepress, planning, engineering and production
• Maintain focus on OTIF, quality and customer service
• Progressively take broader leadership responsibility across manufacturing
