Job Description

Position: Senior Production Engineering Manager

Location: Cardiff

Salary: £75,000 to £85,000 P/A + Package

Type: Full Time / Permanent / Mon to Fri

Are you an experienced Production or Engineering Manager from an Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation or similar industry background? Would you describe yourself as a hard-working individual who likes to get stuck in? TS Group is currently working with a Medical Devices Manufacturing company who are a technical leader, in their search for a new employee to join their Senior Leadership team.

This role will involve understanding Lean principles, Process Engineering, team management, and you will also be involved in the product lifecycle. In return, our client is offering a basic salary of up to £85,000 P/A and various company benefits including pension contribution and 25 days holidays.

Duties for this role will include:

1. A technical Engineering background
2. Medical device knowledge or experience within ISO 13485 or GMP
3. The ideal candidate must be experienced within an Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation or similar industry background
4. It would also be ideal for this candidate to have a full UK driving license
