You will work to ensure product quality, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with Quality Control, R&D, and Maintenance teams to meet production targets.

In this role, you will maintain comprehensive production documentation, monitor daily figures, and contribute to safety protocol development while evaluating capacity and planning

Responsibilities

• Production engineers analyze existing methods and implement changes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
• They ensure products meet quality standards and take corrective action if necessary.
• Production engineers identify and resolve issues related to equipment, processes, and materials.
• They maintain detailed production documentation, report daily production figures, and identify potential issues.
• They ensure adherence to health and safety procedures and develop safety protocols.
• Production engineers work closely with other teams, such as quality control, R&D, and maintenance, to achieve common goals.
• They may also be involved in developing new production systems and processes.
• They manage materials, equipment, and labor to ensure maximum efficiency.
• They may also be responsible for determining the capacity of production facilities.
