Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Production Engineer with expertise in Electrical systems to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for supporting production processes, leading new product releases, creating build procedures, collaborating with QA, providing technical feedback, optimizing workflows, working with suppliers, managing ECRs, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree or HND in Electrical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering (or equivalent)
• Experience in electro-mechanical systems manufacturing
• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), NPI, and Stage-Gate processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
• Experience with 3D CAD software, preferably SolidWorks
• Strong communication skills
