Lead the development of new products into manufacturing
Design & implement smart assembly lines, jigs, and fixtures
Own SOPs, control plans & continuous improvement initiatives
Work closely with R&D to drive design for manufacturability (DFM)
Be hands-on with prototypes and NPI from day one
A degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
5+ years\' experience in a similar role
SolidWorks skills & ERP/MRP system knowledge
Strong grasp of Lean, Kaizen & PFMEA techniques
Great communicator, team player & mentor
Experience in electronics assembly or cable harnessing is a bonus
