Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in electronics assembly or cable harnessing is a bonus.

  • Own SOPs, control plans & continuous improvement initiatives

  • Be hands-on with prototypes and NPI from day one

Qualifications
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)

  • 5+ years\' experience in a similar role

  • SolidWorks skills & ERP/MRP system knowledge

  • Strong grasp of Lean, Kaizen & PFMEA techniques

  • Great communicator, team player & mentor

  • Experience in electronics assembly or cable harnessing is a bonus
