Senior Production Engineer - Days (Lots of Progression)
£30-40K plus pension, Training, Progression

Are you a Production Engineer with an electronics background, looking for technical training on state-of-the-art equipment and the chance to progress into a management position? This day-based role offers ongoing technical progression and training.

In this role, you will build, test, and inspect products through the design and manufacturing stages. You will need to problem-solve and focus on process improvement throughout the project.

This well-established company specializes in the design and production of products, primarily for the Defence and Security sectors.

The purpose of the role is to provide engineering support to all departments within the manufacturing plant by identifying and implementing improvements to meet production targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Take initial designs from concept to manufacture
  • Develop and implement process improvements
  • Monitor production to ensure specifications are met
  • Schedule, plan work, and keep records
Candidate Requirements:
  • Electronics background, ideally HND or above
  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing engineering environment

The working hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
