Senior Production Engineer - Days (Lots of Progression)
£30-40K plus pension, training, progression

Are you a production engineer with an electronics background, seeking technical training on state-of-the-art equipment and opportunities to advance into management?

This is a day-based role offering ongoing technical progression and training.

In this role, you will build, test, and inspect products through the design stage to manufacturing. You will need to problem-solve and focus on process improvement throughout the project.

This well-established company specializes in the design and production of products, primarily for the Defence and Security sectors.

The role's purpose is to provide engineering support across all departments within the manufacturing plant by identifying and implementing improvements to meet production targets.

The Role

1. Take initial designs from concept to manufacture
2. Develop and implement process improvements
3. Monitor production to ensure specifications are met
4. Schedule, plan work, and keep records

The Person

• Electronics background, ideally HND or above
• Time-served, fast-paced manufacturing engineering experience

The working hours are 8:30-17:00, Monday to Friday.
