We are a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to delivering top-notch products to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Support Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and security of our product support processes as this product expands in the market.


The Role and Responsibilities

  • Team Setup and Management: Establish and lead a production support team, ensuring effective onboarding, training, and development of team members.

  • Process Development: Design, implement, and maintain robust support processes to ensure efficient and proactive product maintenance.

  • Security and Maintenance: Ensure the team adheres to best practices in product support maintenance, focusing on usability and proactive issue resolution.

  • Proactive Support: Develop strategies to anticipate and address potential product issues before they impact users.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and customer service, to ensure seamless support operations.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze support metrics to continuously improve team performance and product reliability.

  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes, procedures, and best practices.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience: Proven experience in setting up and managing production support teams and processes.

  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of product support maintenance, security protocols, and proactive support strategies.

  • Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

It would be great if you have:

  • Background in FinTech / Financial services – Highly desirable.
