Senior Product & Strategy Manager is required to join a global financial markets business within their Cash Equity Trading team on a permanent basis, working in their London office, offering a base salary up to £120,000 base salary.

This person will be focusing on driving product innovation and strategic initiatives across equity markets. The role involves developing new trading features, responding to regulatory and market structure changes, and engaging directly with institutional clients to shape the businesses trading offering. The role requires experience in equity trading, product strategy, as well as a strong understanding of execution workflows, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional projects from design to delivery. Strong communication skills, regulatory knowledge, and an entrepreneurial mindset are also essential.
