Overview

This role reports to the Chief Product Officer. It is based at our North Acton Office, with attendance three days a week, and involves international travel to meet with our supply base.

What You Will Do

• Extend the supply base to de-risk China and tariffs.
• Support US growth by expanding the supply base.
• Improve relationships, lead times, and quality of service with current suppliers.
• Leverage supplier relationships to improve costs.
• Collaborate with Buying and Design teams to ensure an appropriate supply base for our products.
• Work with the Garment Technology team to meet brand standards.
• Coordinate with the Fabric and Sustainability team to ensure supplier compliance.
• Identify and introduce new suppliers as needed.
• Negotiate favourable terms of business for Boden.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong experience in the apparel production industry.
• Ability to work quickly, flexibly, and adaptively.
• Experience managing international relationships.
• Proven relationship-building skills internally and externally.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Experience negotiating payment terms, costs, and other contractual terms.
• Ability to identify and assess new suppliers.
• Understanding of the global fashion apparel landscape.
• Ability to develop seasonal supplier strategies.
