Senior Product Security Engineer - Up to £250,000

We are working with one of the top buy-side firms in the city, a leader in blending modern technology with high-performance financial systems, revolutionising to become a key player in London. They are currently undertaking a strategic greenfield project focused on building new initiatives with an emphasis on security and scalability.

This role involves ensuring the security of systems across cloud, business applications, and infrastructure. You will lead automated security processes, influence architecture, and oversee security initiatives, collaborating closely with IT, cloud, and engineering teams. The role offers the chance to work in a unique hedge fund environment with a hybrid WFH model (2 days per week).

You will be involved in secure software development lifecycle practices, working across technologies including Python, C++, and Kotlin/Java.

They are a top-paying client, offering potential for an uptick in compensation.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in product security or similar roles, with practical experience in securing software development at scale.
