Role and Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities

The Senior DA Product Planning Manager will play a critical role within the CE Commerce team, combining deep industry knowledge with product expertise and actionable insights into online market trends and SEUK DTC ecommerce performance to identify sales growth opportunities. Responsibilities include:

  • Lead stock planning (monthly/quarterly) for all DTC DA products, producing stock planning reports 3-6 months in advance, considering sales performance, seasonality, and competitor activity, to ensure appropriate stock levels.
  • Manage forecasting, stock management, and communicate with the Division.
  • Collaborate with the DTC DA Commercial Manager to deliver monthly commercial plans, identify stock gaps, and suggest corrective actions.
  • Maintain weekly rolling forecasts and manage surplus stock.
  • Manage aging stock and develop clearance strategies to meet KPIs.

Product & Market Intelligence

  • Support the DTC DA Commerce Team with product knowledge and sales trends for better decision-making.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and promotions to ensure DTC competitiveness.
  • Identify market opportunities and challenges for future sales strategies.

DTC Performance & Benchmarking

  • Analyze DTC performance at various levels.
  • Improve customer journeys and conversion rates.
  • Benchmark against competitors and analyze market share and growth.

Promotional Effectiveness

  • Track campaign performance and derive insights for future activities.
  • Assist in testing promotional mechanics to optimize sales impact.

Growth Opportunities & DTC Innovation

  • Identify and suggest future market trends and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate on innovative DTC strategies with leadership.

Requirements
