Job summary

RS is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager / Product Owner to lead vision, strategy, roadmap and delivery for a procurement platform. You will bridge business stakeholders and tech teams, delivering measurable value while ensuring a seamless user experience.

This hybrid role can be based in Corby or London, with the option to work remotely part‑time. You will collaborate across purchasing, sourcing and spend optimization domains to drive adoption and impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or related fields.
• Experience with procurement platforms and cross-functional delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
• Experience delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Experience managing product roadmaps and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy and roadmap for Purchasing Manager platform redesign.
• Own the product backlog with clear prioritization and acceptance criteria.
• Translate requirements into epics and user stories for engineering and UX teams.
• Lead sprint planning, reviews and demos with stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions balance user needs, scalability and compliance.
• Engage with Business GTM, Sales, IT and Operations to drive alignment.
