Supported by Microsoft Azure infrastructure, their software and messaging network allow participants like banks, PSPs, and money transfer operators to access a global network of account providers, communicate peer-to-peer (P2P), exchange FX quotes, and process real-time (T+0) international payments. Acting as a messaging and orchestration layer, the platform enables instantaneous settlement across borders and currencies, ensuring seamless interoperability.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to help revolutionize the cross-border payments industry. You will collaborate with engineering teams, business units, and customers to design, develop, and launch new product services, as well as improve existing ones.

About you

You should be adept at designing and delivering end-to-end customer journeys, translating these into product solutions, and possess excellent communication skills. You will support sales and integration efforts by articulating product capabilities and roadmaps, gathering customer feedback, and incorporating it into future developments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Serve as the main liaison between stakeholders and the development team.
• Participate in agile ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Analyze product performance and customer feedback to guide improvements.
• Regularly update leadership and stakeholders on progress, issues, and insights.
• Maintain comprehensive product documentation.
• Lead product demonstrations and explain platform functionalities during customer calls.
• Support customer integrations as the product team’s point of contact.
