Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Senior Product Owner to oversee the development and enhancement of Business Banking products and customer onboarding journeys. You will own the products, drive change, and ensure delivery aligns with regulatory requirements and business goals.

You will lead the team, manage the backlog, and prioritise initiatives to maximise customer value and outcomes. The role can be based in London, Knutsford or other Barclays UK locations, with a focus on delivering seamless experiences

Qualifications

Strong experience in product ownership or product management within banking.
Ability to translate business requirements into clear product priorities and delivery objectives.
Experience analysing OKRs and performance metrics to identify improvements.
Understanding of KYC/KYB requirements and AML/regulatory considerations.
Demonstrated ability to manage product backlogs and lead teams for value delivery.

Responsibilities

Oversee development and enhancement of existing and new products within Business Banking.
Drive change and transformation across end-to-end customer onboarding journeys.
Own associated products, propositions and journeys, ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
Lead and develop the team, manage the product backlog, prioritise initiatives by business value.
Ensure a consistent flow of delivery and report on adoption, usage, and outcomes.
