What you’ll do

Being a Senior Product Owner – FTC is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success - which means you’ll:

• Support and influence the product vision and strategy in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Translate strategic goals into executable product plans and ensure successful delivery.
• Define, develop, and continuously improve digital products and services.
• Prioritise features and improvements based on customer needs, commercial value, and organisational priorities.
• Work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, operations, marketing, and external partners.
• Communicate clearly and regularly, managing expectations and ensuring strong alignment.

Who you are

It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:

• Strong grasp of product lifecycle management and customer-centric design
• Understanding of digital platforms and multi-channel products (B2C and/or B2B)
• Familiarity with product performance metrics and data interpretation
• Experience working in organisations undergoing a transition to modern product ways of working
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
• Skilled in managing vendor relationships, including nearshore development teams
