About the Role

World Host Group (WHG) is currently seeking a Senior Product Owner to shape and deliver our product strategies across a global portfolio of brands.

Responsibilities

1. Work with product managers to define technical requirements for new product concepts.
2. Support strategic goals by aligning product roadmaps with business objectives.
3. Lead and support product implementations, coordinating with infrastructure, development, and commercial teams for smooth rollouts.
4. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability across brands.
5. Proactively remove roadblocks, ensuring smooth execution of product enhancements and initiatives.
6. Ensure all product changes contribute to an improved user experience with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar in a technical or SaaS environment.
• Strong knowledge of technical product management, including system integrations and configuration management.
• Excellent communication skills in English across all channels.
• Ability to work with global teams and manage priorities across multiple brands.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Organizational and project management skills for multiple simultaneous implementations.
• Experience with hosting services, provisioning, or technical infrastructure is a plus.
• A passion for continuous improvement and process refinement.
