About this opportunity

As the Senior Product Owner, you'll lead the strategic vision, prioritisation, and delivery of colleague-facing journeys across the Homes Platform. You'll be accountable for ensuring that the journeys our colleagues experience are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with both customer outcomes and business goals.

This role sits at the intersection of product management, service design, and platform delivery. You'll work closely with Customer Journey Managers (CJMs), engineering teams, and stakeholders across Consumer Growth, Risk, Legal, and Architecture to shape and deliver a roadmap that helps meet our customer home owning and purchasing needs, empowers colleagues, and enhances operational performance.

What you'll be doing...
  • Define and update the product vision and roadmap for Colleague Journeys, aligning with the Homes Platform strategy and business goals.
  • Manage the backlog in Jira Align, ensuring tasks are clear, valuable, and well-organized.
  • Act as the main contact between engineering, CJMs, and business stakeholders. Organize meetings to set priorities, address issues, and show progress.
  • Work with CJMs to analyze data, find problems, and create improvements. Lead tests to keep optimizing the product.
  • Identify and manage risks, ensuring compliance with regulations. Work with Risk, Legal, and Control by Design teams to include governance in delivery.
  • Set and track key performance indicators for colleague experience, efficiency, and business impact. Use insights for prioritization and improvements.
